Parkour is fun. I do it every day. Well, more like every week. On Saturday. If you don't know what Parkour is, Parkour is jumping on and off stuff. Jumping and running and so on. If you still don't know what Parkour is You can just type it on google ( What is parkour? ) Or search it on YouTube! ( What is parkour? ) Also, In some places Parkour is banned! I don't think that Parkour is banned in Auckland?

Parkour originates in France and has its roots in military training and physical education.
Modern Parkour is said to be founded by David Belle and Sébastien Foucan who are ambassadors of the techniques and have pushed it into films and video games.
Parkour is not a sport in the traditional sense.
Parkour Tips!
Work on basic calisthenics like push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and squats. These are the basic building blocks for practicing parkour. Experts say you should be capable of performing 25 push-ups, 5 pull-ups and 50 full squats before you formally get started in parkour. Practice landing and rolling moves.
